   Master’s or higher degree in Law, Water Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or relevant field;
Ten (10) or more years of experience of working on public policy or regulation;
One (1) or more proven experience in managing consultancy contract/service(s);
Working experience in Mongolian water sector legislation and regulation, including tariff setting for water-related activities. Previous experience in working with government organization, international financial institutions or development organizations will be considered as advantage;
Demonstrated experience in developing/writing reports and deliverables in English and Mongolian.
