The Items To Be Procured Are Classified Under The Following Code Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): 31720000-9 (Electromechanical Equipment). This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Four Hundred Thousand Three Hundred And Thirty-Eight Euros And Seventy-One Cents (€400,338.71) Not Including Vat 24% (Estimated Vat Value: €119,140.80), I.E. Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand And Four Hundred And Twenty Euros (€496,420.00) Including 24% Vat. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 6 Months From Its Signature And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 206 Of Law 4412/2016.
