PHILIPPINES - Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP)
   The Implementing Agency shall be a consulting firm, or a consortium of
Consultants/consulting firms with international exposure and a locally-based support capacity. The
Implementing Agency will demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience in;
- The overall financial sector, especially among the following areas:
o Rural banking and agricultural finance
o Financial inclusion and microfinance institutions
o Digital banking, inclusive digital finance solutions, digital transition of microfinance
institutions

- Creating awareness on a subject / new practices to a target audience and also to a large
public.
The Implementing Agency will demonstrate strong knowledge of the Philippines context and/or ability
to mobilise relevant local counterpart(s).
In particular, the following skills and competencies are expected:
- Demonstrated experience in technical evaluation and programme design;
- Skills in training and capacity-development, including for financial institutions beneficiaries;

All mobilised experts shall be fluent in English.
