Description: The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works For The Adaptation Of A Car Park In The Plaza Del Millenario. The Site Is Located Between Plaça Del Millenario And The Railway Of The Ferrocarrils De La Generalitat De Catalunya, Near The Can Feu-Gràcia Station In Sabadell. Access To The Parking Area Will Be From Paseo Can Feu. The Surface Is Divided Into Three Parts, The North, The Central And The Southern Area. The Parking Spaces Will Be Located In The Northern And Southern Areas, As The Central Area Is Expected To Be An Area For Emergency Departure From The Generalitat De Catalunya Railways, Which Will Be Excluded From The Parking Area. The New Car Park Will Be Capable Of 64 Car Parking Spaces, As Well As 2 Charging Places For Electric Vehicles And 2 Parking Spaces For People With Reduced Mobility. The Actions To Be Performed Will Be As Follows: -Moviment Of Land For The Creation Of New Slopes Favoring The Collection Of Stormwater. -Generation And Compaction Of New Base And Subbase. -Chotration Of Concrete Paving Deactivated. -Apply Of The Furniture Located In The Areas Of Free Space And Roads. -Logging And Installation Of New Irrigation By Planting New Shrubs. -Installation Again Lighting. -Construction And Channeling Of Fiber Optics For The Installation Of Traffic Control Cameras.
