ABC came to existence under the 1 billion United State Dollars portfolio, which shall be ABC is an investor for the mining projects owned by private sector of Afghanistan, investor in development projects of the Afghanistan government i.e. power generation from wind, coal, solar and water dams, transmission line extension, Road construction and rail road.
